Computer Support Specialist – Assists with Installing, monitoring, repairing, and responding to inquiries relating to the operation of the Casino Network System. Answers user inquiries, confers with staff, users, and management to establish requirements for new systems or modifications. Assists with development of training materials and procedures, trains users, and oversees the daily performance of computer systems. Sets up equipment and conducts computer diagnostics to investigate and resolve problems or to provide technical assistance and support. Associate’s degree in computer information systems or equivalent experience is preferred.
Table Games Manager: Has the responsibility for the Table Games Department,Recommends changes to the physical layout of the tables. Assists in forecasting for operations budgeting.
Recommends changes for personnel including: hiring, release, promotion, demotion and wage adjustments. Maintains security and accountability of funds entrusted. Ensures all facilities and equipment are functioning properly, equipment to be tested on a predetermined schedule to insure proper operation.
Food & Beverage Staff: F&B staff performs an array of duties depending on the position. Various positions include: wait staff, host(ess)/cashiers, buffet attendants, cooks, and dishwashers.
Education/Experience Requirements: 1) Associate’s Degree in Computer Information Systems. 2) Four year’s work experience performing professional computer information systems and networking or equivalent experience. 3) Must have excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
Security – Performs essential security functions to ensure that facilities and property are safe, secure and orderly environment for guests and shall operate such in accordance with the Gaming Code adopted by the Winnebago Gaming Commission and the Winnebago Tribal Council.
Porters – Performs essential cleaning functions and properly maintains all areas of the casino and grounds in an attractive and orderly manner.
Food and Beverage Staff - Performs various duties depending on the position. Cooks, wait staff, and bartenders needed.
Table Games Dealers – To provide courteous and efficient table games service to guests in accordance with company standards and shall operate such in accordance with the ordinance adopted by the Winnebago Gaming Commission and the Winnebago Tribal Council.
Poker Dealer – Seeking experienced dealers.
Pit Supervisor – Responsible for the daily shift operations within the Table Games department. Will manage the shift in absence of the Shift Supervisor, maintains security and accountability of funds, maintains Pit operations, and adheres and enforces policies and procedures. Must have 1 year experience in dealing with different games and 6 months Floor Supervisor experience.
Poker Floor Supervisor – Responsible for the daily shift operations within the Poker Room. Protects the integrity of the Poker Room operations, maintains security and accountability of funds, maintains Poker Room operations, and adheres and enforces policies and procedures. Must have 1 year experience in dealing different games and previous Floor supervisory experience is preferred.
