Guest Service Attendant – Responsible for providing outstanding guest services to WinnaVegas customer. Performs a variety of guest services functions including duties of PBX operator, coat check, Club Card greeter, valet, gift shop attendant, casino floor and front door greeter. Valid driver’s license required. Must be able to obtain gaming license, bi-cultural experience preferred, Native American preference.
Certified Law Enforcement – Responsible for the daily shift operations within the department and shall operate such in accordance with the Gaming Code adopted by the Winnebago Gaming Commission and the Winnebago Tribal Council. Oversees, trains and directs work of shift personnel to ensure efficient security operations, and the facilities and property are a safe, secure and orderly environment for guests and associates.
Security – Performs essential security functions to ensure that facilities and property are safe, secure and orderly environment for guests and shall operate such in accordance with the Gaming Code adopted by the Winnebago Gaming Commission and the Winnebago Tribal Council.
Porters – Performs essential cleaning functions and properly maintains all areas of the casino and grounds in an attractive and orderly manner.
Food and Beverage Staff - Performs various duties depending on the position. Cooks, wait staff, and bartenders needed.
Table Games Dealers – To provide courteous and efficient table games service to guests in accordance with company standards and shall operate such in accordance with the ordinance adopted by the Winnebago Gaming Commission and the Winnebago Tribal Council.
Front Desk/Reservations – Responsible for providing outstanding guest service to WinnaVegas guests. Performs a variety of guest services functions including duties related to telephone, internet, key control, ensuring high-quality guest relations.
Laundry Attendant – Responsible for cleaning towels, linens, and bedding. Assist housekeepers when necessary. Maintain a clean laundry area.
Hotel Housekeeping – Responsible for maintaining clean and sanitary facilities. Clean hotel rooms quickly, neatly, and efficiently. Ensure corridors are clean. Maintain a neat and clean cart, equipment, storage room, and supplies. Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
Hotel Setup/Porter – Performs essential cleaning functions and properly maintains all areas of the hotel and grounds in an attractive and orderly manner. Clean and sanitize restrooms, regularly stock supplies, and assist with any setup and teardown, as needed.
Night Auditor – Responsible for reconciling hotel paperwork, posting to guest accounts, closing the day, greeting all guests in a pleasant, courteous and enthusiastic manner while registering guest information and settling guest accounts for the Hotel.
Building Maintenance Lead Tech – Provides direction, coordination, instructions, assigns, trains, oversees and participates with work of the department building maintenance shift technicians and shift workers involved in the essential routine maintenance and repair functions of mechanical operations and proper upkeep of all areas of the casino facilities in an orderly and attractive manner. At least 5 years of responsible experience in building maintenance or related fields. Additional experience/training in electrical field preferred.
Shift Technician – Performs essential maintenance and repair functions to ensure efficient mechanical operations and proper upkeep of all areas of the casino facilities and grounds in an orderly and attractive manner. At least 5 years experience in the building trades. Must be mechanically inclined.
Cosmetologist – The Cosmetologist’s main responsibility will be working with hair. They cut, shampoo, condition, style, color, permanent wave, or straighten it.
Nail Technician – The Nail Technician’s main responsibility will be working with nails. They will perform manicures, pedicures, and other types of similar work on guest’s nails.
Sales Coordinator - This position is responsible for managing the sales effort of the Casino/Resort with regard to banquet sales, event sales, and tour bus sales. This position will develop new accounts, maintain existing accounts, oversee catered events in conjunction with the Hotel Manager, Food & Beverage, and Marketing. Implements sales and marketing strategies to maximize profits.
Executive Chef – Responsible for staffing of the Food and Beverage Guest Services Department. Develops, directs, and coordinates the F&B Kitchen Production activities. Assists departments with preparation of event menus, and other needed planning activities, and oversees food and pastry production for all food and banquet functions, as well as food service standards for each position or function, including working with training department to ensure service standards and other company expectations are communicated and reinforced.
MIS Operator – Under general direction of the MIS Manager, assists manager with, installing, monitoring, repairing, and responding to inquiries relating to the operation of the Casino Network System.
Housekeeping Supervisor – Responsible for maintaining clean and sanitary facilities for the safety and security of our guests and associates.
Casino Manager – Responsible for ensuring the overall efficient operations during assigned shift within company policy and controls and in accordance with the highest level of customer service. The Casino Manager is responsible for assisting the General Manager in any way necessary along with developing and managing systems, procedures and employees that insure effective, credible, sustained and profitable operations. Guest Service Program Manager – Responsible for staffing of the Guest Services Department. Presents a positive image of WinnaVegas Casino. Develops, directs, and coordinates the Guest Service Department. Manages and analyzes guest feedback data from various sources including comment cards, guest correspondence (letters, calls, in-person and email), secret shopper reports and other sources to quantify guest service levels throughout WinnaVegas Casino. Arcade Attendant – Responsible for maintaining quality guest service concerning operation of arcade machines within the established standards of the department and shall operate such in accordance with the ordinance adopted by the Winnebago Gaming Commission and the Winnebago Tribal Council.
Revenue Clerk – Responsible for verification/reconciliation of revenue flow in accordance with all applicable guidelines and policies as set forth by management and shall operate such in accordance with the ordinance adopted by the Winnebago Gaming Commission and the Winnebago Tribal Council.
