Bingo Attendant

JOB SUMMARY:

 

The Bingo Attendant shall be in charge of selling entry packets and bingo sheets. Receiving, handling and reconciling money at all bingo sessions and calling back winning bingo numbers and assisting bingo players during bingo sessions. The Bingo Attendant will work under the direct supervision of the session supervisor.

 

JOB DUTIES:

 

  1. Count and assure the accuracy of all issued inventory and cash at the start and end of each session.
  2. Work primarily in his or her assigned work area (assigned prior to each session.)
  3. Return all monies and unsold inventory to the session supervisor.
  4. Keep his or her area neat and orderly throughout the bingo session. Perform general clean up at the session’s end.
  5. Perform payout duties.
  6. Be responsible for all money in the cash register for each bingo session.
  7. Have the proper amount of change on hand for each register.
  8. Be held accountable for all double-counts of tills for each session.
  9. Reconcile the money from each session.
  10. Must attend all meetings and/or training as directed by management.
  11. Must be able to interact successfully with associates and guests.
  12. Perform all other job-related duties as assigned by the supervisor.

JOB SUMMARY:

GUEST SERVICE ATTENDANT

JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for providing outstanding guest service to WinnaVegas guests. Performs a variety of guest service functions, while exchanging currency for coin, check cashing, and verification, cashing in chips, making players club cards and redeeming club benefits.

 

JOB DUTIES:

 

  1. Proficient with all aspects of Casino Trac system.
  2. Enrolls guest in Club Winn membership, assist guest on using Club Winn cards.
  3. Retrieve and look up pertinent player information in the database.
  4. Proficient with ability to make change, cashes checks, cashes in coin for customers and employees in a confidential manner.
  5. Records amount received and prepares reports of transaction.
  6. Verifies paperwork and dispenses monies for jackpot/fills.
  7. Balances and account for all cash, chips, token and checks, recording all information on the appropriate forms.
  8. Must learn and become proficient with all banks ranging from cashier window to master bank.
  9. Able to reconcile a till after each shift.
  10. Ensures that all “Players Club Situation Forms”, and “Players Club Guest Complaints Forms” are taken and filled out completely by attendant, and turned over to the Shift Supervisor immediately. It will be the responsibility of the supervisor/manager to process A.S.A.P.
  11. Issues tills for Casino departments, as needed.
  12. Maintains awareness and knowledge of all Casino activities, events, promotions, and services offered to WinnaVegas guests.

EVS SUPERVISOR

JOB SUMMARY:

 

Supervises and coordinates cleaning tasks in all areas of the casino for a particular shift. Reports directly to the Housekeeping Manager.

SURVEILLANCE LEAD TECHNICIAN

JOB SUMMARY:

 

Will install and maintain closed circuit television equipment, including but not limited to: video cameras, VCR’s and multiplexers. Will keep an accurate log of all activities during shift. Reports directly to the Surveillance/Security Manager.

 

JOB DUTIES:

 

  1. Supervises the Assistant Technician.
  2. Insures all CCTV systems and backup systems are working properly
  3. Installs CCTV equipment according to the latest revisions of the “National Electrical Codes” the “National Television Standards Committee” and “National Manufactures Association”.
  4. Knows and comprehends the proper use of VOM, 20 MHz dual trace oscilloscope, video test monitor, low distortion audio frequency generator and video multi-burst signal generator.
  5. Familiar with CCTV applications regarding gaming and physical security
  6. Insures daily maintenance to insure no loss to video.
  7. Must attend meetings and/or training as directed by management.
  8. Performs all duties as assigned.

SLOT FLOOR SUPERVISOR

JOB SUMMARY:

 

Responsible for the daily shift operations within the department and shall operate such in accordance with the ordinance adopted by the Winnebago Gaming Commission and the  Winnebago Tribal Council.

 

JOB DUTIES:

 

  1. Supervise slot floor operation during assigned shift.

  2. Maintains security and accountability of funds entrusted.
  3. Ensures all facilities and equipment are functioning properly within the department.

JOB DUTIES:

 

  1. Develop and motivate employees by providing ongoing feedback, establishing performance expectations and by conducting performance reviews.
  2. Leverage all available player tracking technology to drive incremental play and revenue.
  3. Review and interpret reports regarding membership rewards, and utilize data to promote successful player development and retention programs.
  4. Direct the timely preparation of all weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual player development promotions and events with quantifiable and measurable results.
  5. Initiate player recruitment programs/promotions/events to encourage usage of the player’s club card.
  6. Direct staff in recruiting potential new players and retention of current customers.
  7. Work closely with other departments in the coordinating, planning and execution of monthly, quarterly or yearly player development programs.
  8. Interview, hire and train Casino Host personnel to ensure adequate/efficient staffing.
